Work fields:
Individual psychotherapy with adults
MBCT groups (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy)
Work method:
I combine different therapeutic methods in order to best respond to your request. Our collaboration will either be exploratory or structuring, according to your needs. We'll identify your strengths and obstacles in order to find a constructive approach and greater freedom of movement within the situation, and we'll try out solutions. The joint work requires your courage to face emotions and possibly hidden fears. I can support you in this with mindfulness exercises that train attention and acceptance. It also might require the motivation to sometimes do exercises outside of our sessions. These will be designed specifically for you, inviting you to try new ways of thinking and new patterns of behavior or to explore the nature of your opinions. For me it's important to respect your own personal way during our collaboration.
