Work fields:
Individual psychotherapy with adults & adolescents
Work method:
I employ an integrative therapy approach focused on achieving the holistic well-being of the individual.
Depending on the persons needs and circumstances, I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods. I integrate techniques from various approaches, often addressing dysfunctional beliefs and patterns, emotion recognition and regulation strategies, and teaching assertive communication skills. Part of the process also involves exploring ones biography and roots to better understand the present.
I work with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, migration-related stress, trauma, loss, burnout, substance abuse, and the early stages of eating disorders. I also have experience working with immigrants, specializing in migratory stress and guiding them through cultural adaptation stages.
